Buying Terms


Diddy Nanna items are all handmade by myself Beth, and I will always try to ensure you have a beautiful bag or accessory made with individual care and attention using high quality materials. To prolong the life of your bag or accessory, I ask that you take the time to review the care instructions so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come and appreciate that these bags need to be shown lots of love as many of the fabrics are over 50 years old!

Should it be necessary, Diddy Nanna will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge for a period of up to three months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, I will be happy to repair your item for a small fee. Please contact me via Instagram Dm or email prior to returning your bag or accessory. Any damage as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

Each item is handmade using a wide range of materials. Due to the nature of the vintage fabric scraps it can be difficult to match prints exactly to those shown in the images on the website if you are buying a multiply edition, so please allow for some small variations to the images shown. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual item. All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT.

Diddy Nanna may offer discount and free delivery codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.


All items are beautifully packaged in recyclable boxes to ensure a save journey to you, and wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper so instead of putting it in the bin feel free to put it on top of your compost pile!


Diddy Nanna delivers across the United Kingdom

Deliveries should arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch

Diddy Nanna aims to dispatch your items within 3 working days of receiving your order (unless informed otherwise such as holiday time.) Equally please note some items are made to order and so have a stated wait of 2-3 weeks delay.

If you need to receive your package any sooner for a special event, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact Diddy nanna via Instagram Dms or email and we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.

Lost/ Delayed Post

Very rarely for reasons out of my control, parcels can be either become delayed or missing. Please let Diddy Nanna know via instagram Dm or email if you have not received your parcel within 1 week of dispatch. I will try my best to find and return your parcel to you ASAP.


I want you to be super pleased with your accessory and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

  • You must contact within 7 days of receipt of the goods, via Instagram or email
  • All items must be returned unworn/undamaged and in their original packaging in the same condition within 14 days of receipt unless faulty
  • The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by myself
  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk, so I recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items
  • All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item
  • Please note that custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty
